January is the start of a fresh new year and we intend to get it "write !". J is for journaling. O is for out with the old , Open to the new. T is for the time is now . S is for soulwork which will includes an oracle group reading of the new year, yoga practice and journaling. Really affirming health is our wealth in mind body and soul.
