I Am ... Yoga (1)

A celebration of the astrological New Year. This is an affirming yoga practice for all skill levels. Beginner friendly. The practice is aligned to the astrological sign of the month. Will explore aries this month and plant positive seeds of thought as it is considered the new year in astrology. Spring is the time for new life, new growth,  and new ways of being. We let go of the egotistical belief of who we are and express the natural truth of our being through mind body and soul/spirit. Meditation, Yoga Poses, and a  little Dance.
