We’re more than just a yoga studio. We offer a sanctuary for people seeking community and connection in a world of constant demands, disconnection and surface level healing.

Join us in celebrating ONE year of Soulwork Studios! From Monday, Dec 15th through Sunday, Dec 21st, we’re opening our doors for a full week of classes for $1 — or whatever your soul feels called to give. This is our way of thanking you for being part of our community and inviting you to step into the ONEder of Soulwork with us. Come move, breathe, and celebrate this milestone together.
Welcome to Soul Work Studio — the only Black- and women-owned metaphysical wellness space integrating yoga, movement, and sacred practices to help leaders, healers, and seekers embody their full power through every stage of life.
In a world of constant demands and surface-level healing, Soul Work offers a sanctuary for true mind-body-spirit harmony. From yoga and dance to spiritual guidance, flower-essence therapy, and birth work, we provide a space for whole-self nourishment.

“I've been coming here for a little over two months now, and it's such a warm and inviting community space. Every teacher has their own style and I've learned so much from them, but I regularly especially attend Kayla's and Aqila's classes.”

“I can’t wait to go to more classes here. 11/10 recommend. My first class was such a good experience. The instructors were welcoming and completely nonjudgmental. The class options are also so good. I want to try them all.”
