The Exploration is located in the beautiful Playa Samara, Guanacaste, Costa Rica, 1 hr fromLiberia Airport. During this exploration we say yes to every aspect of self. We explore the I am principle through our body. Movement filled trip with daily yoga and special guest African dance workshops with M'Bemba Bangoura. Are we our bodies? What do we embody? We will also say yes to our essence of our selves exploring our soul truths through the Enneagram. The enneagram is an ancient tool to uncover the motivations of our personalities. So with the enneagram we look at what we say "I am" about consciously and we expose what we are blind to about ourselves and courageously say yes to it all. In this learn we transform and receive healing of outdated ways of being to resurrect the beauty and riches our soul has to offer. Trip includes full room and board double occupancy, vegan meals, yoga , enneagram workshops to discover your enneagram type or go deeper if you already know), and African dance workshops. 

This space is a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is centered in nature. Has a pool. Yoga mats blocks and straps will be provided. Other healing services will be available (touch healing, tai chi, oracle readings etc).  It is a 7 day trip with option to stay for 10 to accomodate flight arrangements. 3 vegan meals included a day. However we will explore local resurants for other eating options and variety not included in price. Flights not included in price. Feel free to ask questions.
